Here at VersaTech, we take our Recruitment Process seriously and we work to make it as easy as possible for you. We know it can be daunting, so we put together a three-step guide to help you get started with us.
Make sure your resume is up to date and ready for submission. Periodically update your resume with your most recent job duties, achievements, training, remove outdated information and adjust your skills to be relevant to the role you are applying for.
First, we take a look at your skills and experience. If your resume contains the qualifications for the role, we will contact you for an initial interview to learn more about you and ensure that you are a good fit. Next, you will have an interview with the appropriate team and hiring manager who will then make the final hiring decision.
If you are a good fit for our opening, we will contact you with an offer. Once you accept our offer, your journey begins with VersaTech. All positions with VersaTech require the successful completion of a background check prior to your start. On your first day, you will be welcomed by our team and attend employee orientation and training.
