Here at VersaTech, we take our Recruitment Process seriously and we work to make it as easy as possible for you. We know it can be daunting, so we put together a three-step guide to help you get started with us.
Make sure your resume is up to date and ready for submission. Periodically update your resume with your most recent job duties achievements, training, remove outdated information and adjust your skills to be relevant to the role you are applying for.
First, we take a look at your skills and experience. If you qualify for the role, we will contact you for an initial interview to learn more about you and ensure that you are a good fit. Next, you will have an interview with the hiring manager who will then make the final hiring decision after we run our checks.
If you are a good match, we will contact you with an offer. Once you accept our offer, your journey begins with VersaTech. Depending on your role, you may be required to complete a background investigation prior to your start. The day of joining you be welcomed by our team, receive an employee orientation and training.
