Employees are offered the choice of three medical plan options through Cigna, including two Health Saving Account (HSA) plans with a generous company contribution. We also offer dental and vision insurance through Guardian for you and your dependents.
A 401(k) plan is an important investment option we provide to our employees. Its compounding growth is key to saving money for retirement. VersaTech offers participation in the sponsored 401(k) plan to all eligible employees, with a variety of investment options. The company will make a dollar-for-dollar matching contribution up to 4%, with immediate vesting.
Regular time away from work is essential for employees to recharge and renew. VersaTech employees accrue 15 days of paid time off each year in addition to 11 paid Federal holidays. The company grants paid sick time based on Local, City and State ordinances.
To encourage work/life balance, VersaTech also offers flexibility in work schedules, an Employee Assistance Program, Paid Parental Leave, and an Adoption Assistance Program.

First, we take a look at your skills and experience. If your resume contains the qualifications for the role, we will contact you for an initial interview to learn more about you and ensure that you are a good fit. Next, you will have an interview with the appropriate team and hiring manager who will then make the final hiring decision.
If you are a good fit for our opening, we will contact you with an offer. Once you accept our offer, your journey begins with VersaTech. All positions with VersaTech require the successful completion of a background check prior to your start. On your first day, you will be welcomed by our team and attend employee orientation and training.
