As a trusted technology partner supporting CNI (Chickasaw Nation Industries) on this contract, VersaTech delivered the specialized AV design-build expertise needed to implement a nationwide system of multi-classification secure conference spaces across U.S. Space Force bases. Through a standardized-yet-adaptable AV design-build framework, VersaTech’s team overcame the unique architectural challenges of each Space Force base to deliver a streamlined and consistent user experience for Space Force users nationwide.

USSF needed a nimble, nationally capable technology partner with the precision, expertise, and resources to rapidly deploy anywhere in the continental United States and handle the complex one-off projects that demanded immediate attention without losing sight of the larger infrastructure build-out.

VersaTech joined forces with Chesapeake Network Installations to implement a nationwide system of multi-classification secure conference spaces. Through a standardized-yet-adaptable AV design-build framework, we overcame the unique architectural challenges of each Space Force base to deliver a streamlined and consistent user experience for Space Force users nationwide.

Every deployment was built using TAA-compliant devices meeting federal security standards, along with VersaTech’s five-star program management approach to ensure mission-readiness from day one. Each deployment included:

  • Dual-display multi-classification conferencing systems
  • AV-over-IP infrastructure for flexible signal routing
  • Professional-grade cameras and microphone arrays
  • Custom-configured room signage clearly indicating classification levels
  • Comprehensive commissioning with live test calls to USSF headquarters in Colorado Springs
  • Hands-on user training for facility personnel
  • Custom user manual development tailored to each space
  • Site acceptance only after full system validation
  • Meticulous documentation for ongoing maintenance and upgrades

Proactive supply chain management ensured mission-critical deadlines were met without compromising system performance, security compliance, or user experience.

What’s more, all systems were pre-configured, tested, and validated at VersaTech’s Top Secret-cleared facility in Savage, Maryland prior to shipment. This dramatically reduced on-site installation time, minimized operational disruption, and ensured that systems arrived ready for final integration and commissioning.
