Ed Reed Foundation
VersaTech is proud to support the Ed Reed Foundation’s mission to provide character-building opportunities for underserved youth through annual contributions and active participation in the Foundation’s signature Hole Day golf tournament. This event plays a vital role in funding transformative youth programs across Baltimore: programs that align closely with our commitment to equity, opportunity, and community empowerment.
Our partnership extends beyond financial support. VersaTech has donated school supplies and brand-new backpacks to the Foundation’s annual drive for Booker T. Washington Middle School, helping students start the school year with confidence and the tools they need to succeed.
We also contribute to a special initiative that sends groups of Booker T. Washington students to Baltimore Ravens home games. Students earn their spot through the school’s incentive program, which recognizes strong merit, attendance, behavior, and grades. Each gameday experience includes tickets, chaperone support, transportation, and a pregame tailgate, creating exciting, memorable, and often life-changing opportunities for these young scholars.
Zaching Against Cancer
VersaTech is honored to provide annual support to the Zaching Against Cancer Foundation, including participation in its flagship charity golf tournament. Our contributions help advance the Foundation’s mission to provide meaningful assistance to cancer patients, caregivers, and their families.
The Zaching Against Cancer Foundation offers a wide range of programs: financial support for families facing hardship, scholarships for students impacted by cancer, wellness resources, and community outreach initiatives. Its work helps ease the burdens associated with cancer treatment and empowers individuals to focus on healing and hope.

Columbia Community Care
Each year, VersaTech contributes to Columbia Community Care, an organization dedicated to strengthening the well-being of individuals and families across the Columbia, Maryland community. Through its various outreach efforts and support programs, Columbia Community Care works to provide resources, assistance, and opportunities that enhance quality of life for those facing challenges.
Our continued support reflects VersaTech’s commitment to investing in the communities where our team members live and work. We are honored to partner with an organization that promotes compassion, connection, and meaningful impact throughout the Columbia area.
Respite Retreats
VersaTech gives annually to Respite Retreats, a nonprofit dedicated to providing rest, renewal, and meaningful support to individuals and families facing a cancer diagnosis. Through free, holistic retreats, Respite Retreats offers cancer patients, caregivers, and their loved ones a restorative break, creating space for relaxation, self-care, and emotional healing during an incredibly challenging time.
Our annual contribution to the organization’s golf tournament helps fund these transformative experiences. The event raises essential resources to cover the full cost of retreats focused on wellness, holistic therapies, fun, and community connection. VersaTech is honored to support an organization that uplifts the body, mind, and spirit of those navigating cancer.
UMGC Cybersecurity Competition Team
VersaTech’s sponsorship of the University of Maryland Global Campus cybersecurity competition team helps provide essential team resources, including training, certifications, cutting-edge cyber range access (like Cympire), and travel funds. The school’s top student talent are able to compete nationally and internationally at high-profile events like in the US Cyber Games, grow their skills, build careers, and tackle real-world threats in a simulated environment, boosting both their expertise and UMGC’s brand in the cybersecurity field.
Maryland Food Bank
VersaTech team members have proudly volunteered with the Maryland Food Bank to support the Food Bank’s mission of providing reliable access to nutritious food and strengthening communities. As volunteers, we have helped sort, pack, and organize food for families facing food insecurity across the state. Our staff is committed to continuing hands-on service efforts that make a meaningful impact for Maryland families.
